Are you a driven operator and do you want to operate the latest high-tech cutting machines in our modern plant? You can!
For the operation of our cutting and winding machines, we can offer a nice challenge to any type of operator. Through a training period with an experienced colleague, you will quickly become familiar with the machine, the different tape products, and your colleagues. You will be supervised by the production leader. If you want to be able to operate multiple machines, there are plenty of opportunities at Supertape to further develop yourself into an all-round machine operator.
What will you do?
- Machines set up, change over and operate;
- Optimize machine performance and minimize quantity of rejects and waste;
- Check and monitor the quality of the end products;
- Digitally process production data;
- Identify and resolve minor faults.

- A salary of up to € 3,606 gross per month (excluding shift allowance), salary scale is dependent on knowledge and experience;
- A sustainable 3-shift schedule, 4 night shifts, 5 afternoon shifts (Friday until 6.30 pm), and 5 morning shifts;
- 20% shift allowance;
- 8% holiday pay;
- Travel allowance for commuting € 0.23 per km from 10 km one way;
- 170 leave hours per year and 7.2 extra leave hours per year for working in shifts;

What do we ask for?
- A completed vmbo and/or mbo level 2 education;
- Experience as a machine operator;
- Technical insight, a flexible and eager-to-learn character, and a hands-on mentality;
- The ambition to start the mechanical operator A and/or process operator B training;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- The intention to stick with Supertape for the long term.
