Do you want to improve the performance of the machine park and help to get and keep the new machines in optimal condition? You can!
Our colleagues in the technical department play an important role in improving and increasing the availability of around 30 machines and installations. You will work together with your colleagues in the technical department (currently 13 FTE) and the operators in the production plant. The technical department is managed by the maintenance manager.
What will you be doing?
- Execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
- Execution of the agreed technical planning in advance;
- Independently developing and executing modifications;
- Technical improvement projects;
- Planning and organizing your own activities.

What do we offer you?
- A salary of up to € 4,589 gross per month (excluding shift allowance), salary depends on knowledge and experience;
- An agreement for an average of 33.6 hours per week including breaks (these are paid);
- 28% shift allowance;
- Overtime rate is 50%. On Saturdays after 1:00 PM and on Sundays and public holidays it is 100%;
- 8% holiday pay;
- Travel allowance for commuting €0.23 per km from 10 km one way;
- 168 hours of annual leave per year and 8 extra hours per year for working in shifts;
- No return days;
- Christmas days and New Year's Day are roster-free;

What do we ask for?
- A completed MBO 4 education in a technical direction;
- Several years of work experience as a Maintenance Technician in a challenging production environment;
- Extensive technical knowledge of, among others, mechanization, pneumatics, and electrical switching;
- Flexibility and professionalism, you work in a structured and solution-oriented way;
