Maintenance Engineer

Do you want to use your technical knowledge to continuously improve our production processes and keep our machinery in top condition? You can!
You are the link between production, technical services, and other internal and external stakeholders. You are responsible for preparing, planning, and coordinating maintenance activities within the technical department. The technical department (currently 13 employees) consists of all-round, emergency, and day shift technicians. You report to the maintenance manager.
What will you do?
- Prepare and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Develop and monitor maintenance schedules and progress;
- Analyze the performance of machines and installations and develop proposals for optimization in the maintenance process;
- Implement optimizations in the maintenance process;
- Functionally lead the technical department colleagues;
- Support technical projects at our foreign branches;
- Manage and optimize the use of the maintenance management system;
- Purchasing-related tasks and contacts with suppliers;
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports related to maintenance and project activities;
- Promptly prepare and issue work permits, monitor certifications, and compliance with safety regulations.

- A salary of up to € 5,600 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, salary will depend on knowledge and experience;

What do we ask for?
- A completed hbo or mbo level 4 diploma in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering/mechatronics);
- At least three years of experience in work preparation, maintenance planning, or technical coordination in the manufacturing industry;
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance management;
- Extensive knowledge and experience with various computer systems;
- Experience with project management is a plus;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- The intention to stick with Supertape for the long term.
